Data collected through the contact form
The contact form may collect the following data: name, email address, selected service, message content and the page from which the form was submitted.
Please do not send sensitive medical information, intimate details or urgent information through the form. For urgent or crisis situations, use the appropriate emergency services.
Data collected through the WhatsApp signup form
For event signup pages, the data entered in the form is used to generate a prepared WhatsApp message. The message is sent only if you choose to send it in WhatsApp. The website does not store the signup form content before the message is sent.
Purpose of processing
The data is used to respond to your request, clarify the type of service you are interested in, arrange a possible appointment and, where applicable, manage registration for an event or workshop.
Legal basis
Data submitted through the form is processed based on the consent expressed by checking the GDPR checkbox and, where applicable, in order to respond to a request before entering into a contractual relationship.
For cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, the legal basis is the consent expressed in the cookie banner. In Romania, cookies and similar technologies are also covered by Law no. 506/2004 on privacy in electronic communications.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses a consent banner with three categories:
- Necessary: always active and required for the basic operation of the website, including saving your consent preferences in the browser.
- Local analytics: after consent, use a random first-party cookie to estimate unique visitors and sessions. They record visited pages, source/UTM campaign, landing pages and important clicks, without IP addresses, names, email addresses, form content or full URL parameters.
- Marketing: allows the Google Ads tag, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to load for paid campaign measurement only if those tools are configured with the required IDs. These technologies start only after your marketing consent.
You can accept all categories, reject optional categories or save a custom choice. Rejecting optional cookies does not block access to the website.
You can update your choices at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer.
Google Ads tag and marketing pixels
The website is prepared for the Google Ads tag with the identifier AW-16458518069 and sends the relevant Google Ads consent signals when you accept the Marketing category. It can send conversion events for WhatsApp signup clicks or successfully sent contact forms if conversion labels are configured in the Google Ads account. Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel load only if their IDs are completed in the website configuration and only after you accept the Marketing category.
Local analytics
If you accept the Local analytics category, the website may record page views, estimated unique visitors, sessions, sources, UTM parameters, landing pages, clicks on links, phone, email, WhatsApp, downloads and successfully sent contact forms. This data is used to understand page and campaign performance, not to send unsolicited communications.
Retention period
Messages received through the form are kept only for as long as necessary to manage the request and related communication. If no collaboration is established, the data may be deleted upon request, unless retention is required by law.
The preferences cookie and first-party analytics identifier are kept for up to 12 months or until you delete them or withdraw your preference. Aggregated analytics data is kept for up to 13 months.
Who may process the data
The data is not sold and is not used for unsolicited marketing. It may be processed by technical providers required for the operation of the website, hosting, email services, WhatsApp or campaign measurement services, only to the extent necessary for the purposes described above.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
